About Maggie Barfoot

Maggie is a Colorado native.  Yoga has been a powerful part of her journey to a quiet mind and love for herself.  Her yoga practice has helped her build a connection to her body-mind-spirit, releasing anxiety, depression, and helping her feel good in her sober skin.  After choosing a life of recovery, she struggled to sit with her thoughts and emotions.  Yoga has helped give her a calm mind and body.

She has completed 200-hour trauma informed yoga teacher training and has a degree in psychology.  Along with experience working at a treatment center for women experiencing trauma.

She has a passion for sharing the beautiful gift of yoga, helping others feel safe and centered in their bodies.
